This notice explains the limited information associated with visiting aestheticsbysheridan.com and using its temporary appointment-request form.

Information collected by this website

This website does not offer customer accounts, payment processing, or direct appointment booking. Face It Esthetics by SB does not sell personal information.

The appointment-request form asks for a name, email address, optional phone number, preferred response method, service interest, optional preferred date and time, and optional scheduling notes. The form uses the visitor's own email application to prepare a message addressed to Sheridan. The visitor must review and send that message from the email application. The website does not store the completed form or transmit it to a website database.

Information sent by email is used to respond to the request, discuss availability, and coordinate appropriate next steps. Email correspondence may be retained as reasonably needed to respond, maintain scheduling records, resolve questions, and meet applicable obligations.

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and may process technical information needed to deliver and secure it, such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, dates and times, and security events. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical information when those font files load.

Cookies and analytics

Face It Esthetics by SB has not intentionally added advertising cookies, analytics tools, behavioral tracking, or marketing pixels to this website. Hosting and security providers may use technologies necessary to deliver or protect their services.

External services

The website links to Instagram, Reflections Medspa and Wellness Center, and the external MDware Online booking platform. Email requests are processed through the visitor's email provider and Sheridan's Gmail account. When you use an external service, that provider's privacy policy and terms apply. Face It Esthetics by SB does not control how those independent services collect or use information.

Sensitive information

When appointment or intake services become available, follow the instructions provided by Reflections Medspa and Wellness Center and use only its approved systems for sensitive information.

Children's privacy

This website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should make appointment inquiries for a minor.

Changes and questions

This notice will be updated if the website adds a server-based form, analytics, advertising, online booking, payment processing, or other data-collection features.
